ZⓈONAMACO: 22ND EDITION

PILEVNELİ is delighted to announce its participation in the 22nd edition of ZⓈONAMACO with a solo presentation by Lal Batman!

Latin America’s largest art fair, ZⓈONAMACO, will celebrate its 22nd edition from February 4–8, 2026, at Centro Citibanamex, Mexico City.

Ahead of ZⓈONAMACO 2026, Lal Batman will travel to Mexico to produce the body of work that will be showcased at the fair. Drawing inspiration from the country’s cultural fabric, everyday life, and local rituals, she will directly integrate these experiences into her artistic process.

During her stay in Mexico City, Batman aims to enrich her works with new layers through the use of local materials, encounters, and observations. With this approach, she introduces a site-responsive dimension to her practice while simultaneously fostering a direct dialogue with the international art scene.
