Refik Anadol is participating in the Venice Architecture Biennale for the second time. Invited by Carlo Ratti, the curator of the 2025 edition, Anadol presents his latest AI-based work, “Living Architecture: Biophilia”, which builds an innovative bridge between architecture, nature, and technology.
Anadol’s “Large Nature Model” has captured the attention of the architecture world. At the core of this model is a creative process where multiple AI systems collaboratively design, analyze, and continuously evolve nature-inspired architectural forms. With this model, Anadol’s “Living Architecture” series offers a bold vision for intelligent and ecological futures where natural and artificial systems coexist in harmony.
19th International Architecture Exhibition will be open to the public from May 10 to November 23, 2025, across the Giardini, Arsenale, and Forte Marghera venues.
