Nevin Aladağ is preparing to present her new exhibition at the Institut Mathildenhöhe Darmstadt in the city of Darmstadt, Hesse, Germany. Curated by Dr. Sandra Bornemann-Quecke, the exhibition will be open to visitors from June 29, 2025, to February 1, 2026.
For this exhibition, Aladağ is creating a site-specific installation that explores the boundaries between artistic disciplines, the body, and space. Bringing together sculpture, painting, textiles, video, and sound, she reinterprets artistic expression with an innovative and experimental approach. Addressing themes such as identity, cultural adaptation, migration, and globalization from different perspectives, Aladağ creates a rich sensory and intellectual experience for the audience.
