PİLEVNELİ is pleased to announce its participation in Loop Lab Busan together with Refik Anadol.
As the first Asian edition of the Barcelona-based new media art festival LOOP, Loop Lab Busan will take place from April 10 to June 10, 2025, in Busan, South Korea’s second-largest city. As part of the festival, an art fair will be held at Busan Grand Josun from April 24 to 26, marking the first art fair in Asia dedicated to time-based media art.
PİLEVNELİ will present Refik Anadol’s Machine Hallucinations: LNM Coral at Booth 1335. Based on a vast dataset of approximately 100 million images of coral, LNM Coral stands out as a data sculpture that draws attention to the delicate ecosystem of coral reefs. Offering a simulated ocean habitat, this work exemplifies Anadol’s striking approach to merging environmental awareness with technology.
