Buse Cesur was born on April 8, 2000 in Miami. She earned her BA at School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2023.
Dabbling in a myriad of artistic realms, including sculpture, installation, photography, and video, Cesur navigates the provocative realms of taboo, eroticism, gender roles, body, cultural identity, and power dynamics. In her artistic endeavors, she embraces a spirit of experimentation by turning to new materials and techniques that eschew repetition.
Cesur lives and works in Istanbul.
